Went way out of his way to help me ,im computer illiterate, he spent the extra time out his day to get me going,wasnt just about the money like the first one I went to, very knowledgeable, he should be the only sap recommended by the dmvand the price was way lessthan my last one out of Georgia, if you go somewhere else, good luck is all i can tell you thank mr Taylor your a true professional

Melvin is hard to get ahold of and always has something going on. He did his part and his part only. I asked general knowledge questions and all i recieved was “ I have nothing to do with that.” I also got “Thats out of my hands.” MY mess up was definitely a learning experience. Do your research and read, he will definitely not guide you past his service. For the money I paid, I would have appreciated a little more help. Just a heads up he does not know about the return to duty process, he is simply there to comlete the bs evaluation and sign off that you completed said evaluation.
