I would not take a test at this place. I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to scheduling. No communication just didn't show up for the test. 12 people waiting outside to take the test. Seems they need to find someone a little more competent. On the plus side, I get a few more days to study. 🫣

Like so many others have reported, I showed up for my exam a week ago to find the exam center closed. Retakes come at a cost, so this is unacceptable. I called the number for Tactix and left a message. I never received a call back. At least have the professional courtesy to inform Webassessor that the exam center was closed and all those scheduled for an exam on the date it was closed without notification should be allowed to take the exam without penalty. I also entered cases with Webassessor/Kryterion and SeviceNow. I'll do online proctored exams going forward.

Showed up for my scheduled exam this morning with a dozen other people to find the building never opened. There was no notice on the door or anything.

Called Pearson Vue, still not sure whats going to happen with my exam....

Showed up for my scheduled exam on Tuesday after receiving several confirmation emails and texts. Lights were off and door was locked and I cant get ahold of anyone. There were two other people also waiting for their test. 0 communication and my test was already paid for.

Didn’t bother to show up or open the business zero communication. Completely unprofessional and a sham. Everyone involved in this should be ashamed.

The clerk at the front desk, was extremely helpful. He was also friendly, especially when the finger printing machine was picky.

I appreciate his positive attitude, and our friendly conversation. I'm also pleased to see that Pearson Vue Testing Center, is there now too!

Great testing center, extremely friendly staff. Multiple separated rooms with 2-3 people each, very quiet place to focus on your test.

The staff is professional, kind, and accommodating. Even though my appt was at 8am, they allowed me to start early, which I appreciated. I aced my exam!
