Took this course with my best friend last summer and I can say confidently, it was the best decision in beginner rider courses out there. Faisal was our instructor and he was very helpful. He was able to pay attention to each rider and help individual struggles we each had, allowing us to succeed and eventually become well educated and safe new riders. Highly recommend, taking my younger brother here to get his msf certificate and prepared to start riding.

I have been wanting to get my endorsement for over 5 years. Riding as a passenger is an amazing experience but I wanted to challenge myself and see if riding as a driver was for me. After the 1st day I have to say I was overwhelmed. Not because of the instructor but because of my own self doubt. Faisal is the most patient and amazing instructor. He went over every detail and question I had and by day two I felt so much more confident because of his instruction and belief in each of us. I imagine like anything an instructor can make or break a class. I would highly recommend Faisal if you are a new rider and wanting to learn the basics. There is no one better out there. He adapted the course to all of our comfort levels and I left feeling accomplished and ready for the next steps. Thank you so very much Faisal!!

I read some of these reviews after booking my class and came into the course a little worried. Although my scheduled class did indeed get rescheduled T3RG was pretty good about communicating back and fourth quickly. As a person who had been riding for two years previous I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the beginners course. After taking both days I can say I did pick up new skills and a new sense of awareness. Faisal was an amazing instructor who made you feel comfortable but at the same time constantly pushed you to be better. Having such a strong instructor was worth the hassle of rescheduling my class.

My big advice to you, STAY AWAY from this company. When money is paid they just don’t care about you anymore. If you chose the specific date it doesn’t mean at all that your course is going to happen on that day. They going to put you on whatever day is comfortable for them not for you. My original woman’s only course was canceled day before via text and finally after two months I was put to the other course. Even it was advertised as “Women’s only” It was a mixed group with male instructor in front. When I complained about it and expressed how important for me is to be in women’s only environment, super rude business owner yelled at me on the phone that is not good for her business and she is going to do what works for her not for me. So maybe you shouldn’t promote such a course if you actually don’t have one?!?! Sorry, but when I pay almost 400$ for the course, I don’t want to be yelled on the phone and treated like a trash when I didn’t do anything wrong. Literally one of the worst experience and customer service that I ever had.
P.S. Great answer Colleen...just one thing ...you missed the mark completely. Maybe you should read review 5 more times in order to realize what is about? By the way refund was never issued when she wasn’t able to form Women’s Only course. You have two options lose the money or go into mixed group what I did just because I work hard for my money and I am obviously not throwing it away. Since I own my business too I just redirected 5 of my clients who are very interested to learn how to ride to different company. I would suggest you to take some business management and customer service courses for "unique" business owners so maybe this company will survive.

I took my class in July, it was a fantastic coarse! I have a little experience on dirt and ny coach was able to help me mold what I already knew and apply it to basic skills on the road. If you have the time, I HIGHLY recommend this class!

If you need your endorsement, I'd recommend T3RG. I took the brc2 course at the Fay Myers location. It was super easy to schedule, and the course was better than I expected. I've been riding on and off street for a long time, and I still enjoyed the course and learned a few things. They communicated quickly and accurately with the course requirements and certification.

Garbage company. First they cancelled my class and acted like it was on me to reschedule. Second class gets cancelled no refund. Colleen has the customer service of a landfill. Fisel was unable to teach correctly Im surprised those two can hold a job. you could throw a rock and hit a better motorcycle course.

I scheduled my course for back to back days in July. Course was cancelled with no explanation. The reschedule course was rained out. Now due to the delay in the course and a planned curriculum change I was required to re complete the 3 hours of online coursework. Poor service and poor communication. Don’t recommend this company go somewhere else for your course.
