Sutter county one stop cares about there students success. Most importantly- the incredible teachers behind it all. Specifically Mrs Irene ! She is so passionate in what she does and is my role model. She is so caring, passionate, and loving! Mrs Irene, Mrs Wendy and Eric Pomeroy were all such welcoming, nice individuals who truly wanted to help and see me succeed in my career . They helped me step foot into the medical field and I couldn’t have been where I am today without them.

The adult ed program is great and really sets you up for success. Carolyn lathrop and Paul cannelora are very nice people and great teachers. All the teachers are nice and helpful. I’m planning on going back soon to get some more help in finding a job

Recently took the CNA course with Irene as my teacher, she did a pretty good job with teaching. If you didn’t understand anything or had any questions anything she was more than willing to you out. One stop is also able to help you out with getting a job during the class and after you get your certification. Overall really recommend taking courses here at one stop.

I recently took the October CNA class and had Mrs. Irene as my teacher, she's wonderful! I had a great experience and I'm happy to say I'll be taking my state test tomorrow to hopefully get my license as a certified CNA! I'll hopefully be starting a job soon too, just gotta wait for details. Rhea was my personal counselor and has been rooting for me since the beginning and all of the staff have been lovely, if you're looking to become a CNA I highly recommend One Stops program!

Learning Hacks

My counselor is Rhea. I was pretty frustrated with job hunting specially in COVID crises. She gives me inspiration and hope that she can help me in getting a job especially in my major. She never says ‘no’ whenever I needed help.
She is and will go above and beyond to help me.

One thing I know is one stop will always have your back, no matter what, they will help you in getting you build experience.

If you are looking for job, I highly recommend one stop.

I came to One Stop desperate for a job. I was unsure of even what to do the help and encouragement I received from Jennifer was so appreciated. She found a job for me with in a few days of me going in and asking for help. I know have a permanent job at that job sight because of her and the support of One Stop.
