I have to leave a review tonight. I apologize for not getting the woman's name... but as always.. GREAT staff. The Woman at the enterence, power washed as much as she could under my van.
Tonight (and I have NEVER hit an animal before)... a big skunk ran out right in front of me. The worker was so nice.. she sprayed off the tire area every time I drove through.
The smell is better.. but this worker went out of her way to spray VERY WELL.. WITH THE POTENT SMELL.
I will be looking for something to help with the smell.. for now. Thank you to the staff here that was so patient with me.

Pros: half your team are respectful, honest, diligent employees.
Will actively research and be trustworthiness if you point out a scratch.
Cons:
Tires come out dirty every time.
They cant spray the passenger side of my car bevause it doesnt reach, resulting in a half clean car in the end.
The back is NEVER clean, dry, always has water spots.

The only reason I come back is half the staff are good, honest people.

Be careful here, this place put a huge scratch on my driver side door and takes zero responsibility for it. I pointed out that I heard something hit/scrape my car after I went through the wash and was told they take are not responsible for damages. I had a membership, canceled that. Won't be going back. I have to pay $750 to fix damages. Shameful way to do business.

Yeah um nope. They need some serious over haul on an actual manager one that calls people back. They have the worst complaints on BBB. We had a share card for quite some time. Then a "manager" offered my husband the card and the barcode for the same price. Someone there then shut our account down with a note saying "needs to signup with correct plan" per admin. We were told the "manager" that set that up was "no longer there". My husband was told someone was going to contact him for a refund. Yeah nope. I ended up giving up on the share card and tried to get the barcode membership and thry said no. The blocked my cars license plate. Fun..... what a horrible way to treat customers. It was YOUR "MANAGER" that caused the issues in the first place.

Only good thing about this place is that you can vacuum your car very well the car wash kind of sucks it doesn't wash your car very well

We have joined the membership program locally and recently they have made a new change to their service where they use a spray on chemical instead the the hired help washing the hard to get to spots(mostly the spot under transitions on the back of the vehicle) the brushes won't clean.
After 2 passes through the wash we still had to hand clean the spots of the car when we got home. What do we pay for if we still have to wash the car after a car wash?

For a taller truck, it did ok. I had to fold mirrors in so the drivers and pass windows did get cleaned, but kida made up a little with their vacs and air cleaning tool.
