Ive taken 3 classes here the mental health,dementia with melissa and a 7 day class with darla, i loved both instructors i was sad to hear one was retiring but it was understable shes been here a long time the team is so friendly and inviting i have a blast everytime i come in the mental health and dementia teacher is a grate teatcher she teaches us everything we need to know and when we have questions or have a story we all join in an have a discussion i recommend this place for anyone new or experienced they will teach you the ins and outs im sad im done with my classes but i will be returning when i renew my license i did the classes for my HCA going into CNA thank you so much team

A special shout out to Mrs. Darla Williams she’s a retired LPN and instructor here she’s amazing. I learnt a lot from her shared experiences and her training. Melissa has been a good instructor for the Mental Health class. She provided a class that is organized and detailed, and allowed open discussions to better understand the content. I love how this class provided me a better insight regarding mental health which will help me better understand and take care of a person dealing with mental health.

I thought Melissa the instructor was fantastic 10/10. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was put in situations before I received any training at all that I wasn’t prepared for and to do a good job for the client I really should have had at least some formal training or they should have assigned someone else that had completed the training. There also is only someone you can ask questions to available M-F from 9-5 so if you have a weekend shift and any issues come up there’s no one to call and ask what you should do which is frustrating. So the training itself is great and I loved the instructor I had, but the way Sunrise itself sends you out to sometimes more complicated situations with no support is something I think should be changed.

Phenomenal training center. The NAC bridge program provided all the materials and instruction needed to feel confidant to take the skills and written tests for the state. The instructor was fantastic. Highly recommend taking classes at Sunrise Services.

Very fun and good paced. Plenty of breaks in between. Instructor had funny stories and answered all the questions. Very patient.
Just took another class, the mental health class and the instructor, Melissa, was very welcoming and helpful. She made sure that the stuff we were learning got put into our heads lol
