Highly recommend sunlight! My son had several sessions a son learned coping skills for anxiety. Sunny taught him the usefulness of journaling. She is highly professional and nurturing. My son leaned the importance of reaching out for help and importance of having a great counselor to provide feedback and help for any anxiety issues in the future! If 5 stars is the best rating, that’s what I would give!!
