Phil is incredible at what he does. I felt wonderful after his stretch session and he was able to get out some tight knots around my neck area. I highly recommend this added to your weekly routine is you are an active person (even if you're not, taking care of your muscles is so important). He's also easy going and makes the sessions super relaxing and insightful by sharing interesting information about the body and how things work. Go see him! Incredible investment!

Phil is a wonderful personal trainer and very kind and easy to work with he helped me achieve so many of my personal fitness goals and helped me with my alignment and posture so much that I barely hurt anymore after years of back and leg pain. He also does amazing work with stretching and helped me a ton to increase my range of motion and overall flexibility. I would recommend him to anyone looking to be more healthy, pain free and more flexible all at the same time!

Go see Phil! Super knowledgeable guy, and genuinely cares about your physical and mental health. I started seeing Phil a little over a year ago. I needed help with recovery and flexibility with my body after so many years of crossfitting, and he’s made a world of difference. My flexibility has never been better, and he’s a great guy to talk to about overall health and fitness with all his years of experience. High recommend!

Hands down the best holistic practitioner!! I came in to stretch and fix my chronically messed up shoulder.

Coach Phil has been working on loosing the rock hard muscles and strengthening my core. I appreciate his WHOLE-istic approach to health… he is so much more than just massage, stretching, strengthening, he dives deep into lifestyle, nutrition, proper breathing. Phil is extremely profesional and personable. From the first visit you can understand he is dedicated to his clients.

He is extremely patient and cares about his clients. He takes time to explain the purpose of each treatment and also includes valuable information to prevent injuries.

My son is an an athlete and Phil supported him on his path to improve his peak performance. Phil guided him with stretches, exercises and specific workouts that would elevate his game.

I’ve been working with Phil for couple months to about a year now. He is really good at what he does and very knowledgeable. For the longest I’ve been having difficulty making my lifts (Snatches, and Clean & Jerk) and what Phil has taught me is working on foundation movements especially building my core strength. He has helped me through that and I’ve been performing better with my lifts. He is not just a strength coach but he also helps with stretch and mobility . Which that has helped me tremendously. He is very professional and attentive. He makes sure that you’re okay throughout the process of training. Phil is awesome to work with and he is willing to help you achieve your fitness goals. ? As a firefighter, former collegiate athlete, and current casual athlete in my 40’s, I have an extensive list of both acute and chronic overuse injuries, arthritic joints, mobility issues, etc. My first visit with Phil was for some extreme hip tightness. Within a few minutes of my first session with him it was evident that he was extremely knowledgeable about the human body. He had answers to all of my questions, gave me some “homework” to maintain my hip, and most of all: I left feeling 100 percent better! I’m going to see him again soon for some knee pain/mobility issues I’ve been having. Highly recommend a visit with him if you need some bodywork done!
