We have done business with Sterling since 2010. At that time he provided us with a product to rollover a 401K and another cash/stock account. We wanted the funds to provide cash flow and 10 years later it did that with remarkable results and on plan.
We recently sold a multi=unit commercial property which we owned for 27 years and the capital gains were large. Not wanting to own another property Sterling provided options to us which were able to defer the capital gain expense from a 2017 tax rule.
All of our planning with Sterling has been on target and delivered cashflow as projected.
Sterling is courteous, there to answer questions and if he does not know the answer, he is prompt in doing the appropriate research and getting back with the answer..
We would highly recommend Sterling for your financial needs.
