I bring my baby to see Dawn for occupational therapy, and she truly takes the time to work closely with my child. You can clearly see her genuine passion for what she does. My child also works with Desia for speech therapy, and she is equally amazing. She creates such a warm and welcoming environment that helps my child feel at ease and comfortable with opening up.

I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone seeking intervention services for their children reach out to the incredible Mrs. Dawn Jones at Stepping Stones Intervention Services Inc. My daughter, born prematurely at 25 weeks in December 2021 with health issues, began occupational therapy with Mrs. Jones in June 2022 after being discharged from the NICU in April 2022 with home supplemental oxygen. Despite facing numerous challenges due to birth complications, including delayed developmental milestones such as limited mobility on her left side, delayed self-support while on her stomach, late crawling, standing, walking, and self-feeding, just to name a few, Mrs. Jones' unwavering dedication, unrelenting passion, and unconditional support have been truly transformative, yielding remarkable progress across the board. I am eternally grateful for the invaluable assistance and unwavering support Mrs. Jones provided my daughter. Now three years old, my daughter has aged out of BCW and receives intervention services through the school system, attending Pre-K daily. During her Pre-K evaluation, her team was impressed by her remarkable abilities despite being born prematurely at 25 weeks. This accomplishment would have been extremely difficult without Mrs. Jones' selfless help and support. My family and I are forever indebted to Mrs. Jones for being an integral part of our journey.

I can not stop singing the praises of Stepping Stones. Dr Jones and Ms Dawn are phenomenal!!! They truly care for every family that walk in and would go the extra mile to ensure our kids have the very best care and service that they require . My son, who is on the autistic spectrum does OT with Olivia and Behavioral Intervention with Jaleel and let me say these two therapists are amazing!! They are so in tune with my son, they know exactly what to do to help calm and reassure him when he is having a rough time during session. My son is thriving under their care and this is from a mom who had other professionals give up on him in the past . I highly recommend this team, they are so patient and kind and will go above and beyond for the advancement and enrichment of your child. I am forever grateful to everyone here. I can’t praise Dr. Jones enough. He has helped through some tough times & I’m a better man for it. He makes it feel like I’m talking to a person rather than a doctor just doing a job. His strategies & techniques are 2nd to none & I can tell that they’re really helping me to the point that implementing them is starting to become 2nd nature. I would highly recommend Stepping Stones Intervention Services for anyone experiencing mental health woes, plus the price isn’t steep by any means. It’s worth every penny.

My son Noah has been going here for about 4 years. They have always taken real good care of him. His
is OT therapist is Ms Olivia whom Noah loves and so do I. She very patient with him. His ST is Ms.DeAsia who always treats Noah with love. Everyone in the whole establishment is great and friendly
