I loved this place! They prepared me for real life experiences,and truly help prepare me for the national exam. Becoming a nationally certified phlebotomist put my foot in the door to becoming a veterinarian technician as well as a vet student at Colorado State University one of the top if not top veterinary schools in the nation. I can still remember doing my clinicals at what is now called Piedmont and enjoying every minute. Thank you all so very much.

This is the best place I have ever been to for phlebotomy class. From the beginning when I called Mrs. Williams was very helpful on the phone with any information. And when I went in to sign up, they went above and beyond my expectations with paperwork and instructions. They are very thorough with everything from paperwork to studying. I love the fact that they give you the information that you will only need to get through the course along with the national exam paper. I begin my class Sept 28th 2020, and I'm already very excited and impressed with everything they have done and looking forward to continuing my education with them. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Mrs.Williams is super friendly, wonderful additude and takes her time to make sure you are comfortable with the class.

Time frame of 2020-2021

Pros: Mrs. Williams was a very sweet and kind woman.

Cons: We took our tests at home. There was no in-house lessons. We had about 4 classes to actually practice with needles.
Was never given ACTUAL dates for state testing. Money WASTED on this class. Was only certified per the course but never state certified which was the GOAL and Purpose of this class.

Oh please don't go anywhere else for your phlebotomy and other healthcare related certification classes, i and my wife took phlebotomy and EKG classes here, and we passed national examination at one attempt. Miss Williams is just too awesome. She will tell you what you need to know to pass the national exam. Also you don't have to break bank to take classes here.

Step one health is one of the best choices, that my Husband and I have ever made! Mrs. Williams, and Kym were so nice and consistent with everyone. They both made sure that we understood and got the material down pack. As for our clinicals, anything that we need Ms. Kym, made sure we had it with no hesitation. We were able to pass our test and now we are ready for our Nationals. Thank you Ms. Williams and Kym.

Wow!!! What a great experience, The instructor is Awesome!!!!! She prepares you for the National test. I took this course,and passed it! I took the National Test, and passed it too!!!! What else can I say ,this is the best place to go in Columbus.

These people have been lying about test dates for about 5 months now. Please do not waste your time and money on this fake school. They don’t even teach, they just let you take tests home and come in and stick people with needles a couple of times and drive back home. The school is a fake. It’s not even a school, it looks like an old run down house.
