Have been visiting for 2 years now and was always very impressed by friendly staff and timely services along with the easygoing atmosphere. Since Murray State Uni. Has taken over administration, good luck on getting service or maintenance work in buildings. “Ammenities” aka the pool and gym don't even work. The pool opened for maybe a week in august if that. The gym flooded in the spring and all MSU did was block it off with caution tape and cones. Need information from staff? Good luck, even the RAs have no training. Their workers will flip through a book before telling you they don’t know how to help you. Shit place to live, but if you like having RAs beat on your door at 8am for room inspection (don’t worry about going to open the door tho, they’ll let themselves in even😆) or if you miss that college dorm experience of paying to park within a 2mile radius of your apt every semester then come here!!

Great place to call home, our student daughter lives here for 2 years now. They have courtesy officers on site and the property is always clean.

Management is great they really care about the residents and their college experience. Office and maintenance staff have great communication.

The room is big enough and they have private bathrooms. The lease is simple and you can sign it online. Our son will be living here soon as well for his college life.

My daughter's favorite thing is the resort pool which is always open and clean. Glad she has had the best experience of her college life at Station 74.

The apartment itself is nice looking however there are really bad bug problems. The apartments also flood really easily. Some of the staff are nice, but not all. Maintenance takes forever to properly fix issues made present. Pick another apartment if possible. After your lease ends your deposit will also likely be cut in half due to a random $120 cleaning fee even if the apartment is spotless.

i have been living at Station 74 for almost 3 years. They are so polite, helpful, and quick to assist me. They also have many activities and opportunities to win/get free, useful items. On top of this, it is 2 minutes from campus.

All in all, it’s nice place to start on your own living at. I’ve made so many friends here, along with memories I’ll never forget. Fair warning though, the fees just to have someone take over your lease is $350. Plus they slap a cleaning fee regardless if you break your back to try and clean up your area or not. Management is great though!! Super chill and understanding.

I'm a current tenant in station 74 and I will definitely recommend this to anyone. Secured and we'll maintained. Good neighborhood with advanced gym and pool. Awesome property.

Station 74 is a really nice place to live. The apartments are nice and modern with a big common area. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a couple of problems and they were able to help me and get things figured out. Megan and Troy recently helped me with an issue I was having and they were very efficient and friendly while solving my problem.
