Everyone was super nice over the phone and in person. Although I was cancelled on a week before the class started in August and was asked if I could come to the September session instead. The reason being that there were many cancellation and they didn’t have enough people to do the class. I understand this was not there fault but they should not have charged people $150 if they were not for certain the class was going to start. I was supposed to start working September so I decided to go elsewhere and therefore lost my $150 which was for the books that we had to fill out prior to the class. I understand this is not the company’s fault but I don’t think they should make you fill out the book in case the class is canceled, so you could give the book back and get your money back.

Been here a few times. The people who do the fingerprints are nice but the front office ladies are as rude as an alligator on the bank at a fishing hole. If you want me to wear my mask make sure y’all are following the same rules. They need to look for some more people to work the front and it might be better.

BE CAREFUL...DON'T COME HERE...teacher Lana is disrespectful, RACIST, in the morning she reads you the book and then she spends the whole afternoon on Fb and leaves you alone in the skills...Be careful...,. .NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CNA CLASSES. They are the worst…..NEVER BUT NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE..They are terrible and they lack ethics….and if you want proof of what I say I can give it!…. are the worst…

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first time I went to get my fingerprints done, I had my 5 year old with me. They saw me walk up with my child and stand in line for 20 minutes before the informed me that she wasn’t allowed in the building. They wanted me to leave her outside by herself while I went inside!!! I left and came back another day. Then they make everyone wear a mask or you can’t enter the building BUT the guy that did my fingerprints wasn’t wearing one and the other lady in the room had hers just hanging from one ear. They were very rude. They would pick and choose who they would enforce their rules on. Completely unprofessional.

Stay Medical have been ripping people off for years. I feel like if we pay to get put in a class and a few days later not needing the class anymore we should be able to get our money back. Nothing should be non refundable especially if the class is weeks away!! So if I’m not taking the class anymore what’s the point of keeping the money if I’m not using any of the equipment

This place I have been to before, and never had a problem. Never had anyone be rude to me ever. I don’t know what kind of experiences they have had in the past with people. But today it was awful! When I walked in the boy behind the desk addresses me with- what do you need!!!! Wow! When I told him fingerprints he then says well you have to sit down and wait! I was stunned at how that came out! Then the other lady sitting at the other desk gets up from eating and say well y’all come back ONE AT AT TIME! But I guess She didn’t know my husband had just left out the office and the other white couple went back there together! I guess since my daughter and I was black she thought we were up to something more than fingerprints! How sad the world is today! And the office smells of dogs and cats! Lord bless this place! Show them how to treat all people the same!

False report out of a foam cup that defamed my character and job. They gave me a nasty condescending attitude when I stood up for myself so they attacked my character in front of others. Racist highly unprofessional attitudes. You get what you pay for, my mistake. I immediately left there and went to a reputable place I always go to and was given the correct results. And advice on this place, TO EVERYONE...STAY AWAY!!
