Dr. Jones was absolutely amazing and hassle free. I was honestly nervous going to her office but once we sat down and talked she made the atmosphere very calm and inviting. I'm a CDL holder, and Lakieshia Jones was my SAP in the return-to-duty process after I had 1 accidental ingestion of THC (by way of CBD) and failed a DOT drug test. She was extremely knowledgeable on this subject. I felt she was compassionate and firm in her evaluation but also very fair. The RTD process is not easy, but it is worthwhile & you CAN get back to work. It took roughly 3 weeks from my first contact with her, thru the evaluation process and online education, etc., until I returned to duty. I feel like she was a Godsend in a very difficult situation & I can't say enough good things about her or thank her enough for giving me the guidance I needed to get back to work.

After trying a few places where we couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone, Ms Jones, wasted no time in answering our call for help. She is very knowledgeable and easy to understand.
