This person prepared our taxes and did not include several credits that made a very large difference in the return.
Following this, we reached out to him to point out the issue and have him amend it. He got angry and refused to have further involvement. A few days later, we tried to reach out to him again and he hang up the phone and disconnected it for the remainder of the day. (Two days before the deadline)
Additionally, he left himself a 5 star review... Pitiful and deceptive..
