I highly recommend Kori! I started with private lessons with Kori and my 9 month old Labrador retriever, Sunny. Sunny has a wonderful and sweet personality but was anxious and unable to be settled in the house or obedient on walks. We tried other training classes without much success and after the first lesson with Kori we made a ton of progress! We worked once a week together for about a month and Kori took Sunny for a board and train for a few weeks. Sunny made progress instantly with house manners and became less anxious and very obedient! Sunny is now a joy to have in the house, out on walks, and at public places! Not only has Sunny learned a lot, I have to! I feel confident and comfortable leading my dog and most importantly we have a strong bond and a lot of fun exploring!

Kori is a fantastic trainer and we highly recommend her! She is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and quick to adjust her training style to both the owner and the dog. We worked with Kori over 8 sessions with a highly energetic golden retriever and she helped us bring consistency and structure to our training methods. We have had two other dogs over the last 20 years and worked with several different trainers and classes -- Kori is definitely the best trainer we have worked with! Our puppy is now able to calmly greet other dogs and we can take him on long walks without him pulling constantly. He has more impulse control and can sit / stay / heel and more! Kori brought new tools and techniques to the training (ie; long leash, back-ties, crates, cots and different types of collars and harnesses) to try. We had the opportunity to work with each of these during and after classes before deciding what works best for us and the dog. Kori would bring an option for us to use on a trial period and then help us to purchase if/when we were ready. She even brought her own dogs to help socialize ours during the pandemic. Kori is a very experienced trainer that takes a firm but friendly approach to empowering dogs to be the best good boys/girls they can be. We highly recommend Kori, 5 stars (and 4 paws up from the dog =) Thank you Kori!

For owners, dog training is difficult and can be frustrating and emotional. For me it was all three. After one lesson with Kori, I was fascinated by her methods of communication with the my dog. My 6 month old Standard Poodle “Bogie” needed help with his confidence, reactivity to bystanders, and I needed to learn leash control. Not only was Kori training Bogie, she was training me and enforcing the importance of making sure I knew how to handle the situations and commands during the lesson and in the future. Her positive energy and obvious love and experience with animals is what makes her students (dogs and humans) so successful. I am constantly being complimented by his behavior in public. Bogie completed his 6 lessons, but I plan on continuing the lessons because Bogie and I enjoy the experience so much!

If i could rate higher than 5 stars I would, me and my Fiancée chose to have Kori board and train our 2 year old Pitbull/Husky mix. Previous to our pups stay with Kori he was completely unmanageable on leash as well as at home, outside activities with him were a chore and exhausting. The pup we got back is now very responsive to commands, even tempered and an absolute dream to take on walks, hikes, or even runs. During our pups boarding we got consistent updates with pictures and videos. The lessons with Kori are very fun and interactive as well as being super informative as she is a living breathing encyclopedia for dog training. I 100 percent would recommend Kori to anyone who's looking for an experienced dog trainer who will give you results and then teach you how to maintain them.

Kori is an amazing dog trainer - she quickly diagnosed our dog - Cookie’s issues, recommended a board and train program, explained her methods patiently to us and took wonderful care of our mischievous lab puppy. We were first time dog owners and had not set ample boundaries. Kori transformed Cookie into a stable, calm, well mannered companion. She followed up with us so we felt confident and able to continue training. I could not recommend Kori more highly - she is patient, professional, good natured and our dog absolutely loves her. We loved working with Kori! We took our 2-year old lab/pit mix to her for 8 training sessions. He has improved in so many areas. She spent time understanding him and finding the best training methods. We had taken him to other trainings but this was by far the most successful and we are really pleased. Kori did such an amazing job with both our dogs. Our husky pit mix we did a board and train and could not have been happier. We have recommended her to multiple friends and they all are as happy. Our doodle we did 6 private sessions and we learned that she isn’t dumb but just stubborn. Both have become amazing dogs around our friends, with us and around other dogs. I now feel comfortable taking them into any situation. Couldn’t be happier with our results.
