When talking about professional people you must think of people in suits, this is different kind of professional.
I had to do an oil change in my vehicle and Philip a 61 year old man was the one who helped me and his young apprentice.
Now this tag team is amazing, they were done writhing record time, no small talk and at highest professional level.
I wish there were more special people like them, it would make everyone’s life & job easier!

Fast professional.. I arrived on a Sunday around 9 am ., 2 trucks ahead of me . Waited for about 1 hour and a half ..got in the bay for my oil change. Ms. J and Mr. Cooper .. were the best .. fast and professional.. it took maybe 35-40 minutes to complete. Went inside made my payment and I’ll be returning when I’m due again.. thanks team for making my day great ! 😊

They are very rude to customers. I came at 5:20 PM and they yelled at us that we are closed. Then they write online that they close at 5:00 PM. I came at 5:20 PM on 01/19/2025. They treated me rudely. I advise you not to come here.

Darius my guy!!! How can I say this This was the 2nd attempt. But he did it. Oil leaking from gear box. Saw the oil from two spots. Though it was from under. Top of hose leaking. Cal for the part. Changed. Done back on road. 2nd visit was good to go. All Mechanics take note. Be patient. Listen. Weed out the possibility. Thx a lot 👍🏾💪🏾

I swear, I said it before, but I say it again. Nobody in Georgia wants to work. I came to this Speedco in Conley to get a basic PM service. I was not greeted when I walked in and found out because of the snow that came down the day before and was on the grass (all roads cleared and salted) they were closing early at 4pm from the regular 6pm closing time and I couldn't get my pm service done. I said, well its 3:15, I know it usually takes about 30min, the man behind the counter said, no we are about to close and pressure wash the bays, so you have to come back another day. I simply said ok and left. I will never come back there and most likely wont even go to any other Speedco or Loves just from these 3 rude non business oriented employees. Very disappointing and I will spend my money else where. #NotEveryoneNeedsAjob

They DID NOT put NEW FILTERS until l figure and fight for it. Booker was the person made the oil change! Matthew was the one at the desk. He didn’t care much either!

Then l have realized he didn’t even grease the truck! How irresponsible and unprofessional you are!

$500 for an oil change and didn’t change 3 filters. I cannot believe!

I can here twice, on a Saturday at 4:20 and I was turned away. Now on Sunday at 2:30 and getting turned away per manager. 2 trucks in front of me, and the only using 1bay. The middle one. Im tired of these hood spots......lol

Went to have a oil change around 11 AM . 45 minute wait, 45 minutes to do the service. I read some people had a bad experience but for me it wen very well and the head mechanic Philip was very attentive and noticed that my fuel filter was missing a O ring that was causing me engine trouble and pointed it out and we replaced it and I went on my way.
