Being a former collegiate athlete, I have worked with multiple trainers and coaches none to which compare to the professionalism and intentionality that Jon provides. I’ve been trained by Jon both through online coaching and in person and I’ve experienced results and hit my personal goals! His Tenacity program is challenging, yet rewarding and allows you to noticeably see your progress. Anyone who has the opportunity to be trained by Jon will be making a great investment into their life and will not regret it! He holds me accountable, gives training templates to be used outside of his studio, and cheers me on (in all areas of life).

I’ve known Jon for over four years, and I can’t say enough good things about him. I’ve had several trainers over the years, and he is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. He genuinely cares about his clients’ individual needs, and creates a custom plan to ensure you get the results you want. I started working with Jon in the spring of 2022. I was already working out consistently and in good shape, but I had become bored and I had plateaued. I wasn’t getting stronger and I wasn’t doing anything consistently. My workouts were unfocused and sporadic.

Jon was able to design me a program and coach me to new PRs. He focused my workouts and allowed me to make progress for the first time in a long time. He also fostered a love for weight lifting I didn’t know I had. That love of lifting has carried on and I have Jon to thank for this new obsession.

Jon is not only a knowledgeable coach, but he’s an uncommonly kind and caring person. He cares about all his clients and is invested in their goals. He celebrates their triumphs and helps them push through their lows. Working with Jon has been a privilege and I’m grateful for all he has done for my fitness journey.

I played football for 10 years, and have worked out since the 8th grade but have never been trained this well before. Around mid February I came to see Jon with a grade four high ankle sprain. Not only did I want to heal the ankle but I wanted to find a more ā€œeducatedā€ mentor to help me live a more active/healthier life style. Since my 6 months of training I have seen outstanding results. I feel happier, I have more energy, and I enjoy the workout program (not to mention my ankle is back to normal). I am very picky with who I train with but Jon knows exactly how to tailor a workout to someone’s requests. Although I just do it to stay in shape and further my longevity, he has tons of clients who are superstar athletes at all different ages. Not only does he have a fully quipped gym but he has a great online presence as well. When I am not able to make it to his gym I can still follow the workouts when traveling. This is something I highly recommend investing in. Health is the new wealth and I thank Jon for that.
