I'm a landlord in the area who accepts assistance so I work with this company as well as many others often. They get the work done and they are good about helping people, the only reason they get 3 stars is due to the customer service here. Not the most pleasant people to work with.

One minute they are okay with helping you, the next they take you to the moon and back for assistance. Have taken many people up there to get assistance and I know some of the reason they say they can't help is a bunch of bull. I know personally a family member of mine they helped for a whole year pay they mortgage and she is very able body

On today Dec 1 2017 the waiting list open and the numbers they provided do not work I have been calling since 8 am. They close there office for 8 days so no one can come complain about it so, slick they don't care about helping people.

They look down on you if you are not white or black. Very antiquated mindsets...I did not enjoy the experience here. Sorry I don't usually leave reviews but I had to in this case. It was that bad.

It amazes me when FATHER GOD uses people...GOD is Sooooooo awesome!!!. This place has several folks that are Sooooooo willing to help different individuals.
