So I am writing this review with my most recent experience with me and my case, I say this because I have my daughter with them too, which although, they've changed providers (therapist) at the beginning of the program, I didn't like it but hasn't gone all that bad, the provider is good in my opinion.
Here is my review in regards to myself and my son... seems to me a lot of run around, first a call, then the intake, then waiting for someone else to call with the program you qualify for. Then you get the call saying you qualify for a certain program but you'll have to wait for availability, then another call to say they are full and have to refer you to two different places, you'll get another call...after months of waiting in a MUCH NEEDED time, you make the call yourself only to be told with an attitude that your case has been closed because you were referred out and you need to call the insurance company...really? wth?
YOU people are playing with people's lives!! It's horrible to leave people waiting like that for months, thinking one of these days I'll finally get the help I need only to be told, you have to call someone else and start the process all over again. Shame on you!!!!
