Working out with Stephanie has helped me maintain my sanity during this pandemic. Our virtual workouts are always fun, always different, and always challenging. She has a great energy and sense of humor. Selfishly, I would love to keep her a secret. I don't know you, but I feel like you should probably check her out.

Stephanie knows her stuff! She's always surprising me with new workouts and our sessions are never boring. She constantly motivates and encourages. Her bubbly personality is infectious. She's the best trainer that I've ever had.

For me, finding a personal trainer and a fitness program that I can be comfortable with and with someone who understand my needs and any limitations I had was challenging. Was there a connection there, or do I feel comfortable with them? But SNS Fitness was fantastic in making me feel good about the workouts, feeling great about me and Stephanie encouraged me when I did not think I could do any more. I am so grateful that I found someone who is professional to workout with, who is personable and fun to talk with to get me through my workouts. Someone who is knowledgeable and that pushes me, but not too far, and keeps me safe. I am so pleased with how the workout sessions came out for me. Whether in person or online, SNS Fitness is a benefit and a gift I gave to myself, to my health and my family.

As an aging (well, aged) athlete, I've found it difficult to find a personal trainer that understands this demographic. I've had a bilateral mastectomy & reconstruction, a shoulder reconstruction, a total hip and a total knee replacements. I still have an athlete's competitive and hard-driving mindset but also functional limitations as a result of the surgeries. Steph pushes me while working with my limitations, providing functional training that keeps me strong and uninjured. She has also helped with nutrition, addressing cramping and muscle fatigue issues that also come up more now. At 66, I can still ride with the Peloton pack, hike a 10% grade, walk 20K step days, etc - thanks to Steph. I really could not overstate the value I get from Sorry Not Sorry fitness!
Adding the most important thing - Steph is a great human who truly wants to help everyone achieve THEIR goals, not those imposed by "social norms".
