What can I say about this awesome beast of a trainer ! Shes kind , and really cares about her clients . Not only does she give the best workout techniques , she’s makes sure to give you the best nutrition plan for your body. If you’re not ready to feel sore then you’re not ready to be coached by Sophia the great ! There are days were you just want to scream and punch her because she’s killing you with those workouts . But that just shows that she’s awesome and really cares about your fitness journey ! I HIGHLY , recommend her . I promise your won’t regret it !

Sophia is the best trainer out there! She truly cares and has a passion for fitness and it shows in her trainings. She provided me with consistent check-ins to make sure I was staying on track with my diet, showed up eager to train me for my workout sessions, and pushed/motivated every step of the way. Sophia is the best trainer I've ever worked with. She not only created a workout plan for me but she also provided a meal plan and kept be accountable on days that I was not in the gym with her.
On our work out days, she goes through the whole workout with me from stretching, warming up, main exercises, and cool down. She prioritizes safety and makes sure that I'm stretching and keeping good form in order to avoid injury.
She doesn't just do her job, she also makes me feel comfortable like I'm working out with a friend. She never makes me feel judged for my lack of strength and she always reassures me that with consistency and hard work we'll reach my goals together.
I would highly recommend Sophia as a personal trainer to anyone who is trying to make fitness their priority.
I personally am at the beginner level but Sophia has been training for a long time so I know she has work out plans for people at higher levels than me.

Soph has been the best trainer even before she was officially doing this as her job. She started helping me get into the gym and achieve the goals I had been wanting years ago! If you’re considering working with a personal trainer, I highly recommend Sophia! She is so wonderful to work with. I have seen so much growth in myself physically and mentally, thanks to her constant support and encouragement. The workout plans are fun and she is so educational about how she structures everything for me. She continues to teach me about how to create a healthy lifestyle and habits, and she reminds me to give myself some grace. Progress isn’t always linear, but I can say without a doubt I’ve noticed a lot of positive change in my life and I’m grateful for the role she’s played in that. If you are looking for a personal trainer I would highly highly recommend Sophi. She truly helps motivate you getting comfortable in the gym setting and learning proper techniques to avoid injuries. Not only that but she helps you gain confidence in yourself. She is such a nice girl allowing you to get comfortable with her quickly will cheer you on during workouts. There is no giving up or believing you cannot complete something because she will help you every step of the way. Truly a great personal trainer and personal overall

DO NOT hire her as your trainer if you don’t want your body to burn! I found Sophia at the Grid fitness in Rancho Cucamonga and from the first meeting, I could tell she was dedicated to her clients. She was personable and catered to my physical needs when beginning this journey. She offers several different programs to fit your own budget, meal plans, and takes the time to educate herself on your personal fitness goals. Her workouts that she picks are definitely going to leave you sore but that’s what a trainer is for, to hold you and your health accountable. The gym is also always clean and a safe environment to workout in.
