Beware the Sole Source LLC’s company does not pay their quarterly dividends and they don’t pay back your principal when you put in the 60 day notice which is on the contract they signed. I believe they also have many legal issues with the courts from what I see online.

BEWARE They have been giving me the run around for over 4 months now and they are behind multiple pay periods. I don’t know if the company is bankrupt because they claim they don’t have access to their money for over 5 months, so they can’t pay their investors. The phone number has been going straight to voicemail for over 5 months as well.

*UPDATE* Since it was advised that the company wasn't made aware of the issues, I called to see what they what do with the knowledge that the work they did was below par. I called on two different occasions and was advised that I would get a call back. I have yet to receive this call. Again, do not buy a house from this company!!! In addition to my light fixture being glued to the wall and being held together with zip ties, they also added new cabinets on a wall that was covered with mold.
