Update : I would give this office more than five stars if I could. It is probably the singular reason that I've held on from my depression. I have the most educated, compassionate, understanding and empathetic therapist I've ever met. I've been doing therapy on and off for 20 years and I've met no one that understands me better. Before I had very bad experiences with therapist and I did not let her in easy. However, it was the best decision of my life. She is also reliable which is a hard trait to find in therapist. I know that she is a Healer naturally but she's also a very educated one. Anyone seeking therapy needs a non-judgmental therapist and she is one of the few. I can tell her absolutely anything and she does not judge me.

Prior review - Cherie Rios is probably one of the best therapist I have met . She is knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I'm unsure how she got these other bad reviews, but I assure you that she is one of the best. I have been seeing her awhile!

Worst experience I’ve ever experienced. They charged me up front for a very expensive appointment and told me the insurance would reimburse me. The insurance actually reimbursed the Solace counseling Center (so they were paid twice). I had to fight for months to get my money back and only did so after the insurance company threatened them many, many times.

Very unprofessional and deceptive business that falsely purports to the public that all of its employees are certified in clinical health and conducts discriminatory practices against minorities. Likely to be a subject of litigation. Wouldn't recommend to anyone of decency.

This company is a joke. Very unprofessional and rude. Lack business skills. Especially in management! They don't care anything about their clients nor their employees! They only care about the money they can get out of you!! Be careful and do your research! They are full of nothing but lies!

Worst management ever, they don’t care a bit for their employees or clients. Lady in charge is so rude and unprofessional their whole supervisory team lack knowledge. don’t waste your time or money the whole thing is a joke
