Not what they advertise themselves as, this is a very fake and false organization- First they have staff listed that aren’t actually working they are just listed for business purposes, secondly they have been in business since July and have had 5 employees leave, third they have changed there business model and population of care as they were a adult mental health day center for all people men or women to now trying to be a mental health center for only women - Trust me they are only interested in changing your insurance company and providing the most basic services they have no history of helping navigate people successfully through mental health care, there counselors are not licensed mental healthcare providers they offer nothing more then low level therapeutic care and low level counseling services, you would be better served going to seek counseling from a Pastoral / clergy- This organization is in business as a insurance scam and fraudulent practices- Very low level management and care and they don’t have many clients and are struggling financially to keep the door open so beware if you seek professional services with them as you will just a insurance policy and claim for them to suck dry until your insurance no longer approve services- They’ll try to sucker you in with a few weeks of free services just to have a client and hope the insurance company approves services, they are shady people !!!! Fake counselors, they make you vitals and drug test even if it’s not in your care plan so they can charge your insurance for the services- Shady business, needs to be shut down !!!!

Sol Mental Wellness in Riverside is exactly what I needed for therapy. Their services are top-notch, with a variety of group sessions that cover diverse topics and take a holistic approach. They offer Breathwork, Soundbath, yoga, Qi Gong, mindfulness meditation, art therapy, and even music therapy. It's clear that their staff genuinely cares about their clients. This is exactly what Riverside & the Inland Empire needed for mental health services!

They have no idea how to do counseling and they don’t have a onsite therapist- this is basic non licensed staff who collectively have minimal experience in clinical mental health services of this nature- they aren’t trained professionals and this is a bootleg treatment clinic with low level therapy sessions- basically it’s adults day care for those with mental health issues- This clinic really has nothing to offer clients and is struggling to keep the clinic open - I wouldn’t recommend this place as your just going to waste time and they’ll just charge your insurance for services you don’t even need, they have no clue how to implement individualized service plans they have no wrap around services available they are useless and they just wanna charge the insurance companies and get paid for low level care- They’re not in business to help there in business just to get paid and flip clients within there network of doctors- Not to be trusted they have not proven they even know how to operate a professional healthcare clinic and staff sucks

This was the comprehensive mental health facility I needed! With individual therapy, case management, and psychiatry all under one roof, and everything covered by my insurance, it’s perfect. You can tell their staff cares, I can't recommend them enough!
