The description does NOT match the unit. It clearly stated 2 steps up and 2 steps down and ground level. This was not a ground level unit which was problematic for a few of us with disabilities. The twin loft beds were basically level with the railing of the loft so if you had little kids like we did it didn’t work well. We had to pull the mattresses off the bed frame. The overall quality of the unit was run down.

We just spent 4 nights at Snowcreek #625 and everything was excellent! The view from the patio is beautiful (mountains, trees, creek running through the property). The condo is spacious with modern upgrades. The kitchen is well-equipped with excellent appliances (we always cook on vacation and have rarely had a kitchen this nice in a rental). There is a nice desk area in the 2nd bedroom if you need to do work. The next-door neighbors are really nice. We felt very fortunate to stay in such a beautiful place, we hope to stay there again soon!

I used to come here as a child in the 90s and 00s and have the best memories. We decided to return with our kids. We stayed in 776 Fairway. We found the place decent, although quite outdated. A lot of the decorations were not child friendly but easy to remove. The furniture had seen better days especially the couch and chair which were quite caved in and dingy. The washer and dryer were nice to have, but the dryer was not working so we had a pile of damp clothes.

We tried to go to the Athletic Center to check out the facilities and were met with rude staff and an overcrowded, smelly place of small children in martial arts. Never found the pool. We used the hot tub next to our place and it was decent. Construction was happening all over the complex and we were constantly listening to saws and smelling the Bobcat driving by throughout the day.

Not exactly the quiet, relaxing stay we were hoping for.

Stayed in Unit 980, carpets were torn in multiple areas, walls need touch up paint, garage needs cleaning, furniture is outdated, bathrooms floors were updated, still using original fixtures, bbq will kill you-ignition button is broken and the unit gets unsafe hot everywhere, lighting in the home is a mess, still got bulbs from original build, staff at Snowcreek are awesome as always and I've been visiting here since 1995 with family and friends on a regular basis
Check in-out system is awesome and the Covid bed sheets and pillow package is excellent. Will be back, but wish the private owners would show more pride in ownership with updated furniture , kitchen utensils and wares for use by their guest. Earlier years the owners had guest book to sign and showed more care in their property. No golf available this year due to the snow pack, spas need updated tiles and plastering. Keep the rental prices in check for the units for families and seniors.

Really the only gym option in Mammoth. As well as the only indoor pool which only has four lanes. Unfortunately their outdoor pool was never opened this year, summer of 2023. They do have lots of classes, all the gym equipment you could want, as well as a sauna, and spa (spa is additional price from the membership). There is a steam sauna and hot tub in each of the men and women's locker rooms. The drop in price is very steep but if you live in town or if you're here for a month it's worth getting a 30-day pass. Most classes are additional cost. They do offer lots of kids classes such as jujitsu, dance, swim lessons. I think due to additional costs for materials in Mammoth given our rural presence they have a difficult time keeping things up to snuff, the outdoor pool being an example of this, the tennis courts are a bit ripped up, the indoor pool as well. It is on the bike path headed into Old Mammoth and very close to a bus stop all of which make it convenient. The staff are usually very helpful and kind and it opens nice and early in the morning.

Came up for last weekend before kids get back to school. Access to trails from unit, nice golf course and beautiful weather was a bonus. Easy check in with early check in text which was great! Unit was clean, big and nice. Beautiful full kitchen. Great views of mountains, just a solid development and property. Kids had a blast!

Great condo! Modern and clean. Huge kitchen and living area. Everything you need to cook meals. 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. Loft with 3 beds also with a full bathroom. The loft was perfect for my teenage son and friends. The only thing is the condo is a bit of a walk to the shuttle stop that takes you to the mountain. We opted to drive to the mountain instead of walking to the stop with all our ski gear. We had no trouble finding parking though so it was easy. We would 100% stay here again. The layout was fantastic for 2 couples and 3 or 4 teenagers upstairs. Location in town was great too. 3 min drive to Vons and center of town.

As a VRBO Property Owner (for 15+ years), I am fairly particular with any rental I choose for a stay away from home.

This Condo was very clean and ready for our arrival (ahead of scheduled check-in), which is a plus. It had plenty of room, providing personal space in separate bedrooms and a loft - each having it's own bathroom as well.

I would definitely stay here again, as there would be no question as to the standard of cleanliness and knowing it can accommodate two families easily and comfortably.

The only suggestion: Provide extra blankets and kitchen items like aluminum foil, storage baggies etc ...for the unexpected; which happens on vacations.

Otherwise this is a gem!
