The amount of disrespect that I have gotten from this company, my daughter has been attending Skycare for ABA therapy for three years until the unorganized communication of the corporate office as well as the treatment of the staff in the corporate office was the reason why I decided to end services with ABA therapy. They are very unprofessional. I was told I had to wait until a claim was processed in order for them to discharge me, which is Completely unacceptable I look on the claim and it showed that they Indeed did get paid, but they are refusing to discharge my daughter to go get services elsewhere, which is absolutely disgusting and very unethical. Do not take your child here they are unprofessional and they do not care about your child. All they care about is money.

Do not I repeat DO NOT bring your children here for services. Staff is unprofessional from the customer service people to the BCBA. There is no organization within this company.
