This was the absolute most pathetic service I've encountered in the past 10 years. We were sent there to obtain paper pertaining to proof of birth from a tribal nation. We were told that this one page docuement/ form would be mailed to this individual. Three weeks later, absolutely nothing. The person awaiting this form is homeless and is promised housing but is held up by this single form for which there is a time frame for completion which puts this individual at risk of having this opportunithy forfeited. Today we sent someone to Six Stones to facilitate the end requirement that would gaurantee this person housing, yet Six Stones took the opportunity, once more. Not one person had any idea of what we were talking about. When I finally called again to inquire about the situation, I was met with a rude defensive individual that told me, "Call tomorrow. I don't have time for this conversation."
So their you have it. A stellar performance from a supposedly customer oriented entity.
