This was the first time I visited Shana and it was a wonderful experience. The location was easy to find and was very nice and relaxing. Shana made me feel welcome and we talked about what areas I needed her to focus on. The online booking was easy. Shana is amazing. I was quite nervous going into my appointment, but Shana made me comfortable and secure, and my massage was a wonderful experience. My back and my neck have not felt this good in years! I would recommend her to everyone I know!

I had a lot of back issues, and neck issues. Shana was absolutely amazing, and was very knowledgeable about red light therapy. I was skeptical at first, but in one session, I felt a world better. Reesa was awesome with helping me regarding some nutritional issues I have had. The whole vibe was really positive, and they really listened to me. Definitely recommend , and I will be going back again. I felt like they really cared about my health and my wellness, and helping me.

Amazing massage! Shana was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a wonderfully relaxing environment.
