Simple Solutions has facilitated mental health/wellness groups for some of our school sites at Options For Youth and we could not be more grateful! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our high school students really feel connected with staff. Stacey and Chareeya created a safe space for students to express their feelings and emotions as well as provided psychoeducation on various mental health topics. Their pricing is also very affordable. I would highly recommend Simple Solutions for individual and group therapy services.

My therapist Elizabeth was AMAZING. She made me feel heard and cared for and listened to. I was in a very dark and depressing place when we first met. I was very stand offish when we first started, but because of her love and guidance and her constant advice on journaling (LOL) I was able to find my light again. Of course I'm still a work in progress and I still have my moody days but I feel WAY more healed now because of the work I put in, but most importantly its because of her. My wonderful friend, if you see this I just want to say thank you so much for everything. If I could rate this company 10 stars I would. Thank you Elizabeth!!

This is a wonderful place. I enjoy my therapist so much. He makes me feel safe, heard and supported. The staff there is also so very kind and supporting. I started therapy here back in 2021 after being in my head from that pandemic lol! Stacy has guided me through self love, self regulation of emotions & so much more! I went through weekly appointments with her for a little over a year which resulted with me being more positive, empathetic & picking a career path and getting into school? I went back more recently on a monthly/bi monthly basis, but it was moreso me trying to perfect my communication skills. Stacy goes above and beyond to assist the growth wanted and if she’s unsure of how to go about something, she gets her education up for the next session!! It’s been great to grow here alongside someone else who you can tell grows as a therapist, as well as an individual in this world.
