I worked with Julia for 8-9 weeks. She made me more aware of my thoughts which as been very helpful, and also gave some practical tips. We did not get to the more hands on exercises. The in person sessions with Julia have good conversations about how we approach dating. She makes sure that the we cover the topics completely even if the session goes over the allotted time. Email (or messaging) is available for clarifications between the in-person sessions.
I wish I could say that now I have success in my social life. More accurately, it has been a good self-development exercise.
