I have been seeing Shelby since 2017. She has helped me so much over the years. I should have way more gold star stickers than I do but I have more now that I have put in the work she has taught me. My life would not be the same without her. I know she truly wants the best for me and is always there with no judgment but maybe tough love. I love my sessions with her and plan to stop therapy when she retires.

She has always been such a warm wonderful person to talk to! She's not your boring or average counselor. She's professional and also laid back, I feel as though I can be myself around her with no judgement from her at all! She makes you feel important and heard with whatever you're going through. Shes so intelligent with the degrees she has rightfully earned! I think she could help anyone in any situation come out of the dark place they are in! She just a big ball of light, love and happiness!
