I’ve watched this gym grow from the beginning and know it will continue to grow and improve. Efrain’s passion is being able to help others reach their potential and feel supported and motivated, you will hit a pr at this gym and with the support and motivation from the others I promise it’s going to feel like no other! Best powerlifting gym I've ever trained at. The owners are all amazing, kind, and helpful. The people I train with are family. No matter who you're in with, everyone is always down to help spot you, help you set up for videos of your lifts, or to hype you up for your top set. This is where lifters thrive. Come by and check it out!

Great gym to go to, never had experienced a gym quite like this. The atmosphere and vibes in here are great, everybody’s really nice. Owner is an amazing guy who cares a lot about this place and his customers.

Best gym in hollister hands down ?‍♂️ they have more than enough squat racks, benches, combo racks accessory machines kilo plates, pound plates, grips, machines and space for everybody! Not only that but the Owner Efrain is a trainer and helps members who are just starting off in the gym to realize their full potential not only that but the members themselves go out of their way to help those in the gym wether that be with form, technique, spotters, or if you just need a little push they will encourage you by screaming positive words so that you can finish that last rep! I recommend this gym to all ages, the people in the gym are people that will become your friends so that whenever you need a spot you can count on someone being their to help you reach your full potential!

The place is amazing. Quite literally is for all levels of experience. The owners are great people as well. Very helpful with the workouts and the KG weights hit differently! 10/10 would recommend

This is the best gym in town without a doubt! owners are very nice and friendly always make you feel welcome! Very comfortable to workout and they have everything you need.! I highly recommend training here.
