Worst experience with personal trainer Gabriela !! It’s been 3 weeks without a session, constantly changing sessions the day of. Refusing to refund my money. Very unprofessional, always on her phone while training. She blocked me on instagram. This person is not meant to be a trainer, too much baggage and brings it to work with her!!
Don’t waste your money and time on this facilty ! Like many others have pointed it out, two cardio machine are broken, bathrooms are dirty! They whole place needs to be cleaned !!

Worst experience with personal trainer Gabriela. Did not provide full sessions and refused to refund money that was paid for those sessions. After many attempts to resolve the issue she blocked me on social media and phone. I tried contacting the gym owner for help. Never answered the phone but finally sent a message saying they are not able to refund any of the money. This place is not professional and you will not get any help after you have paid. Stay away!

Since moving outside they just don't keep up with maintaining it. All the equipment is covered in grime. Trainers no longer wiping down equipment after every use. No one wears a mask. Bathroom is either a mess or not working. I only go because I have an amazing trainer.
