Today was my first session at Self help in Downey with my husband. It was a great experience and our therapist Leticia made us feel very comfortable. The facility is very welcoming and relaxing. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for help with their marriage or individually.

My partner cheated on me and for some reason this time I couldn't let go. My partner asked for forgiveness and said he was going to help us look for help to save our relationship. We searched and came across this website. I called and made an appointment. Leticia was issued to our first session. With just 1 session, I was amazed at how she was able to have my partner open up about him recognizing he has a problem. We are at the moment going to a few more sessions and today was my solo session. She made me reassure myself of my worth. I never thought of myself ever going to see a counselor and especially to save a relationship when they have cheated, because everyone's instinct is "oh they cheated! their not worth your time move on". But being in this situation, I feel that it is important to see someone. I highly recommend Leticia please come see her. She's very inviting and makes you feel comfortable.

I really benefited from today’s session with Leticia. Leticia was understanding and very positive with where I am on my healing journey. Today was my first sessions with Leticia I have no words. Taking this step was the greatest I could of done for my self. I have no clue what to expect from this But I'm glad I did I came out feeling amazing feeling great about myself. Leticia was incredible person to go to she was calm she made you feel welcome the energy was amazing she made you understand and see the bigger picture. SELF HELP has a great hypnotherapy program. They have a great system. They offer either via zoom or present. They are very clean and organized.
I feel very comfortable with them because they make you feel very welcome and understood. I just had my first session and I'm planning on keep on going because change and progress requires time, and they will help you go in the speed you feel comfortable. I feel so grateful for finding them and they're willingness to help me go through this process in the best way possible.

Self help LA is great. We did couples counseling, going into it we had no idea what to expect they made it easy and comfortable, by the end of our session package I wanted more. The sessions really showed us the love that we knew was there but through everyday life you lose track of. They made it easy to understand, but our favorite part was he really showed us he cares, not only for us as clients but also for what he does to help others. I am so grateful we found self help.

One day I felt like I really needed to make some changes. I felt desperate to find therapy or some type of help and so I googled some places. Self Help Orange County popped up on my screen and had great reviews. I grew interested in what the rage was all about. I called the number of the site and it led to a very helpful rep who took her time to explain to me how they worked. She explained to me that they don’t do surface level work but they really dig deeper into rooted issues. They also want you to learn the tools to really help you even after working with them which is so great! I went to my first appointment with Wes and he made me see things different already with just one visit. I felt very comfortable. He gave me homework which I think is great because I can focus on it while I am away. I am really happy about finding this company and am excited to see where it will take me!
