This OC is the worst OC Schneider has compared to the other ones, it really needs to be bulldozed and rebuild a new. There are hardly any spot to leave empty trailers and that place for the volume of trucks and trailer they have there is just not feasible, I don't know how in the hell a billion dollar company don't see that. If they really care about their empolyess at a big state like Georgia, they really need a new facility bad.

This has to be one of the worst Schneider OC. It’s very crowded and unorganized. The showers are definitely outdated and disgusting. Shower curtains have mold & literally smells of mildew. The Laundry area is filthy.

They Let me go because I needed more time alley docking and that is currently showing on my record every time I apply for a new job instead of actually letting me practice alley docking which was what I needed to work on and I let them know that since the beginning of joining them they had me driving for hours instead of letting me practice alley docking and when I almost got it in they decided to stop me mid way and try to direct me when I’m literally already getting inside the slot they literally wanted me to fail purposely please do not go with them go with Prime, Werner, US Xpress, Swift, etc don’t let the training hype fool you they do not train the best!!!

Probably my least favorite OC that Schneider has.

Very small, yard is unorganized, parking area smells like urine I guess because it’s a bit of a walk to the building people pee out in the parking area (gross).

1 stall for the women’s restroom, showers are gross (definitely need new towels).

Overall the area it’s in is sketchy and my main OC is Gary, Indiana and I’d take that over this OC any day.

I have been working with Schneider for about a month now. There’s a lack of communication and concerns for drivers if you Not a Bulk driver no matter how many time you call or send messages no one answers you. If they do it will be after you shut down for your 10 hour reset if that even happens. I Frantzdy Printemps don’t plan on staying long. I was told that I’m getting a sign on bonus I haven’t seen any of it yet. They make a bunch of empty promises. I have not make $1000 after taxes yet. The bracket stops at 700-980 that’s it 2 weeks out and I barely can pay my bills.

I started working with Schneider on 7/28/2024 and now I’m resigning because I have been discriminated against. I have been singled out and treat like I wasn’t an employee. They have favoritism when it comes to give loads and miles. They lied to you make you believe you working with a good company where as there’s no communication you can spend the whole day calling dispatch or anyone in the office that is a waste of time because no one ever answers the phones. I Frantzdy Printemps#1254246 is leaving the company without anything negative in my record. I have pictures of when I picked up the truck and videos of when I dropped off the truck at Schneider terminal in Atlanta. The pay is .43 which is the lowest of lowest compared to what other companies are paying. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SCHNEIDER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LICENSE AND WANT TO BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR BILLS AND SUPPORT YOUR FAMILY. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANY OF THE BLACK DRIVERS ITS ALL ABOUT WHITE OR NOTHING.
