This place is ridiculous. I went in with a bad toothache screaming crying in pain blacking out shaking and couldn’t breathe .There was nobody in the lobby except me they called me back right away but kept me waiting for the DR forever ! They usually give me a shot for the pain and it helps .My boyfriend goes to tell the nurse If she or another nurse can do the shot and he’s told he has to wait for the DR. So it’s almost an hour and not even 10mins after my boyfriend asked her that I’m blacking out again freaking out on the floor he goes to tell her AGAIN and tell her I’m BLACKING OUT while she is sitting down eating pizza and responds with “oh she’s blacking out just make sure she sits up she will be fine it’s gonna be awhile “ !! This place is bullshit honestly

From the emergency room staff, the EMTs, the nurses, CNAs,the doctors, the Lab, Imaging, the Emergency Room front desk to even the janitors we want to say thank you so much for the amazing care we received when my daughter came in with meningitis and had a 10-day hospital stay. I have been all over the world and we could not have asked for better care anywhere.

We are so grateful for you all.

Went in and it was looking like a ghost town but still somehow I was waiting for about 2 and a half hours until they called me- but not to be seen by a dr! Just to have my blood pressure taken which took all of 2 minutes. Then they sent me back to the lobby to wait more.. that's when I noticed a sign that said to expect waits of 4-6 hours before being seen.... I asked the front desk if that was accurate and they said yes. Asked if I would be billed for them taking my blood pressure.. they said yes..... Lady came out and called for 2 different people who I never even saw which means they had left way before me, so I decided to leave to. What a joke...don't go here.

My sister was admitted for stomach paresis as we could not get her to stop throwing up, she has a deteriorating spine and 2 vertebrae's that have collapsed. I understood Dr Slate, & discharge agent? Karen, would be taking her file on as it was so complicated. The ER staff discharged her with no regard to her condition, said they couldn't do anything for her. Didn't feed her lunch or dinner after throwing up for 2 days, and had her wait in the lobby for a taxi they arranged as my Mom didn't have a vehicle to pick her up in. They refused to admit her after Dr.Roylance said she had been discharged prematurely from Alamosa hospital just Sunday afternoon.
She had type 2 diabetes and one leg has been recently amputated. Seems like someone in the ER staff should have been looking out for her. I tried calling twice and was hung up on, the third call they left me on hold til I had to hang up. This was a terrible experience, I hope these people find them selves in need and offer their services to see how terrible it is. If this was their daughter or sister would they have treated her so badly?

Just went in last last due to my son and I testing positive for covid. Arrived at 6pm and when taken to the room, I had noticed it wasn't clean while waiting for the doc. It not being clean my son and I were exposed to who knows what the people before me had. I did ask for them to come have it cleaned and no one ever did. The guy however wiped and changed the bedding only and that was all. There was a needle cap on the floor, the medical tape and much more INCLUDING BLOOD IN MULTIPLE SPOTS ON THE FLOOR. It was very unsanitary they put me in a room for covid patients to be seen. By the time I was getting checked out (7:40pm) I asked if they would clean it for the next person that comes in .I was told "we don't have housekeeping come in very much because it's the covid room!!" Then she proceeded to turn the air purifier on and left. It was very disgusting and definitely going against OSHA AND THE CDC REGULATIONS. on the CDC website it even states they need to sanitized after EACH PATIENT being a covid room or not. I do have a walk around video of the room as well. Disgusting for making an excuse to not clean it because it's a covid room!!!

Went to the ER with abdominal pain, was seen right away. Diagnostics were done, medicated for the pain and released home with follow up instructions. All staff members were helpful and professional.

Went in due to an allergic reaction when visiting the area. Only waited 15 min, the doctor came into my room within 5 of heading back, and all of the staff who helped me were kind, efficient, and considerate.

Staff was rude, inconsiderate
ZERO communication with my mother who was there with my father and when they did speak to her it was rude. When my mother is in tears for the way they treated her and my dad, really upsets me.
If you can't deal with sick old people find a new occupation
