Juan is an amazing trainer! He has years of experience training and is passionate about helping people achieve health goals! I have trained with him for a couple years now and I would recommend training with him to anyone. He is a corrective specialist and has been great at creating a workout routine that is right for me. I have had 2 other trainers in the past and by far Juan has been the best at helping me achieve my original goal and set new goals for the future! He is a very kind and understanding person as well and I feel like I’ve made a lifelong friend with him! Juan is a fabulous trainer. If you are looking for some who listens to your needs and what you want to work on. He’s your guy. Juan will motivate you throughout the whole workout. Pushing you to be better. He’s helped me learn so much about lifting, correct form and technique, how to take care of my body, pre and post work out exercises. Also his prices are AMAZINGLY GREAT!
