This company is really good! The testing site is kind of weird because you enter a room all by yourself, literally no one else in there but you, and you take the hands-on test. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The online work was simple, just watch the videos and read and you will do fine. The actual physical test was nice because it gave you tips and it let you retake it if you keep failing.

Course was quick and easy. There was no instructor in the room for the skill check, but the video modules and manikin walked me through everything. This was the most convenient CPR course I’ve taken thus far. 10/10 recommend. 🙂

I love how clean it is and how they have every thing you need to clean off the testing area and your hands. They also have FREE rescue face mask pocket keychains. I didn’t know they sold those at all. I love that’s it women owned! And local ! They test is great and knowledgeable.

Almost everything about my experience was positive. The mannequin training site was clean and comfortable. all the necessary supplies were available. The computer and software were easy to use and provided good feedback during the testing. The only hiccup was that the USB cable became disconnected from the infant mannequin during the testing which required a restart, but it was no big deal. I highly recommend this BLS certification program, and I definitely plan on using it again in the future!

This was a new experience for me, not having an instructor for the class. The online was the same, but instead the skills are with a machine and manikins. I've seen it before but hadn't had the chance to try. It was different but I really liked how it gives feedback during and after each skill. I had to do the 2 person skill 2 times, the feedback and tips it gave helped me to pass the 2nd time. Overall I will definitely be taking the training this way again it was very flexible with my busy work schedule.
