Rural Resources is NOT a good company they do not help in any way. If anything they take from you that you have had for year. My mother has had services thur DSHS for many years,we relocated her to Colville and since Jan 2014 she has lost her Life Alert, hours, mileage you name it, even the shuttle only gives 30 minutes which is very dumb. How many people can do shopping or medical in 30 minutes. Come on people. You will be getting old some day as well. You better improve the way you treat the elders. You will get the same treatment. Rural resources has made themselves doctors to access my mother in which that assessment made her loss her Life Alert which she had in the 90's and she Could get around then shopping doctors etc....NOW when she is in her seventies now REALLY NEEDS the Life Alert, hours for care giving and mileage, they took it away by lying and turning in FALSE assessment on her.
WHO ARE RURAL RESOURCES and What Connection do they have to DSHS?
