Customer service continues to be terrible. A note was left on my door saying they were picking up my 102 year old mothers equipment. When I finally reached them 4 days later Nicole answered with a rude attitude and hung up on me. Looking forward to being done with them.

Roth Medical has taken care of my Oxygen needs since 2005, in Aurora CO, then Fort Collins CO in 2011-14, then Loveland CO until 5/2015 and now in Homelake CO since 5/2015. I have always found them great to work with and always able to find a solution. Their national center has helped me out with portables for travel several time. They are a great outfit. Highly Recommend.
