I absolutely love this place. I've been a member for many years, and the communication and extended services, (i.e. loaning out rowers, kettle bells and various gym equipment) throughout this pandemic has been incredible. It has really helped me stay on track and help with mental clarity during these stressful times. The zoom session in the mornings have kept me feeling connected to some of my favorite gym faces as well. Keep up the hard work Mari and Ric. If you are looking for a gym that treats you like family instead of a customer this is the place for you.

Rooted Movement is truly special. Work outs are customized to your level. I look forward to being there for work outs and yoga. And the extra activities really help keep me motivated and inspired.

The programming is amazing. You set your goals and the workouts are custom made to help you achieve them. The trainers are attentive and friendly. I have been a member for just over two years and have never felt better. The feeling of family is undeniable.

As a person with limited/different mobility, I have found it amazing to have Ric as a trainer. He helps me find new/different ways to work out that works for me. I have never been stronger!

Plus, this place is like my second family! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. No "bros" here! haha.

Had such high hopes. Absolutely horrible communication. Ghosted me after 3 mos. always had a major problem responding to anything (not a great attribute given remote - don’t respond to phone, email or text) but it eventually just became non existent. Don’t pay them your money unless you want a generic program that’s completely repetitive for $100 a month with no communication.

The entire family trains here. Not your typical gym. All about strength and movement. No mirrors or judgment! There are all ages here teens to octogenarians all working hard and moving.

WHAT A JOKE! I PAID $500 AT A SCHOOL AUCTION FOR X2 3 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS AND RIC TOOK MY CREDIT CARD TELLIMG ME TO MY FACE HE WOULD NOT CHARGE IT UNTIL FEBRUARY 2022 WHEN MY MEMBERSHIP I ALREADY PSID FOR WAS UP BUT HE ACTUALLY CHARGED ME THAT DAY $280! THEN TRIED CHARFING ME AFTER HE SSID HE TOOK IT OUT OF THE SYSTEM. I ONLY WENT TO THE PLACE A FEW TIMES AND HAD TO CLOSE MY BSNK ACCOUNT TO STOP THEM FROM STEALING MY MONEY! I ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINES AND AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT SINCE RIC KNEW I SUFFERED FROM ME.ORY LOSS. CROOKS!
