I went in with leg and back pain last year, being unsure if PT would remedy my problems as I had never done it before other than a targeted injury rehab.

I worked with Dr Syme, and I'm incredibly happy to share that not only did she help address my issues while under her care, she set me up for success to keep them in check on my own. She tailored the sessions and exercises to my ability and was a joy to work with. She made it easy to understand what the exercises were doing and how they would help.

I cannot recommend her, and RMSS, enough! I hope I don't have to return but if I do, I will be revisiting here.

It started out well and I was given a program to work on with their therapist but over the next week or two the support became lackluster. Last discussion was with them to set up new appointments - they haven't called me so assume they've dropped me as a client. Disappointing as I'm a returning customer and last time was good.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! The staff is friendly and super supportive, and really knows what they’re doing. After suffering from sciatic nerve pain on and off my entire life, I decided to do something about it and am so glad I did. Within a month I was feeling so much better and now have no pain at all (and I even have a list of exercises to do just in case!). Physical therapy is so worth it, wish I’d have realized this sooner.

Robbie and the team at the Arvada clinic are top notch. They are knowledgeable and experienced, which made me confident I was getting the best care. They keep the atmosphere in the clinic light, so you’re not only comfortable with any one visit but at ease going back as often as you may need. Lastly, they help you strive for progress but always at the pace that’s right for you. Great crew!!!

My doctor suggested Spine and Sport for my rehab. I was glad he did and was impressed with their work ethic. Robbie was knowledgeable, identified my injury and needs, and set up a program that addressed all areas. Spine and Sport physical therapists were very friendly and welcoming. I could see that all three therapists enjoyed their job, each other and provided high quality patient care.

Ashley is a wonderful therapist. I am a physician with personal and professional experience with physical therapists over many years. She identified my injury and put me on the path to recovery at the first visit, my improvement over the last month has been better than expected. The environment is warm and professional and it's clear everyone enjoys working there. Highly recommended.

I just completed 12 PT sessions for recurring shoulder injury with therapist Robbie Meyer. This is my 1st experience with Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport and was very pleased with the results. When compared to past physical therapy experiences Rocky Mountain seem to achieve faster & better results, in addition the team at the Arvada location were just fun to be around. I definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Arvada location!

I have to give five stars for my PT sessions with Robbie at RMSS. I really appreciated how he listened each week to my improvement or lack of improvement. He would introduce new exercises based on my issue. After 19 sessions to increase the strength in my knee from meniscus scope surgery I met my goal of getting back on the tennis court with the bonus of winning my first match with no pain! The added bonus is a camaraderie among the staff which flows over to the patients so you feel you are among friends. If I need any PT in the future, I’ll be back. Mitzi
