I had the pleasure of working closely with Amanda from the Rocky Mountain Center for Positive Change on a multi-year culture project for my previous organization. We engaged Amanda because we were looking for a way to engage all of our team members in meaningful discussions around our culture and to help us shape it going forward. What I appreciated most about working with Amanda was her depth of knowledge of leading a complex challenge and her approach to ensure that we were leading along side her. She was instrumental in setting us as leaders up for success as well as our organization. With her support and wisdom we were able to engage all of our 180 team members in meaningful Appreciative Inquiry conversations and clarify our values within 6-8 months. She was instrumental in connecting us with a researcher to help us measure the impact of this work. These values became the cornerstone of everything we did as a company and resulted in incredible innovation and deepened engagement by our team members. Our partnership was intended to be for the duration of our project but turned into a meaningful partnership and now friendship. I cannot recommend Amanda enough if you are looking for a powerful partner to navigate complex consulting work.

I thoroughly enjoyed a recent appreciative inquiry workshop with Amanda and Barbara! Their wide-ranging presentation, touching on everything from neuroscience to storytelling, helped me to understand the value of staying focused on positive action and on my goals, and how creating positive emotional experiences and valuing differences inspires and motivates employees. I also learned how to facilitate the appreciative inquiry process for my own organization -- great workshop! I learned so much from Amanda and Barbara and I'm excited to use these new skills in my own work.

I highly recommend the Appreciative Inquiry. Summit online class. The weekly classes were informative and engaging. The material was presented in easy to digest chunks with plenty of hands on exercises with the cohort. Amanda and Barbara are masterful facilitators who make learning about Appreciative Inquiry Summits a joyful experience.

They also ensured things moved along and there were plenty of interactive activities that were engaging and allowed everyone to express themselves in a way that fit their own dreams. I can't wait for the next session!

I attended the Appreciative Leadership Development Program in October 2016 in Golden, CO. This program challenged me greatly; It is truly an experience, not just another leadership development course. Using the concepts of Appreciative Inquiry and applying them to develop my leadership profile, I came away with a clearer sense of purpose and a path forward in my personal and professional life. I recommend this to everyone seeking to discover their potential.

Great workshop! Very informative and enlightening. I have participated in AI sessions previously but this workshop shed a whole new light on how to lead AI! I graduated one week and co-led an AI for our management team the next! I definitely recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to learn on how to lead AI or to refresh your skills.

Amanda and Barbara, thank you so much for the rich conversations and reflections that occurred during the Wisdom of Inquiry training. The card game, where we were asked to match objectives to an issue was most impactful. It was a great demonstration on how to give positive focus and energy to what may appear to be negative circumstances.
