Jane is amazing and welcoming and so is Heather. They always remember me and ask about my children, they even offer to watch my infant when I have to bring him for a minute or 2 while I dose. It’s just a small help that makes being a single mom and bringing him to the clinic a little less stressful. (I only come 2 times a month) but nonetheless they do everything they can to help, like every business it is a money making business though so there isn’t charity, you have to follow the rules and expectations and as long as you go by that you’re in & out.

I want to start off by saying Dail Memorial really saved my life! I was not in a great place mentally and was wanting a change. I was referred to Dail Memorial Treatment Center by the VA and I got to say it's one of the best things the VA has ever done for a veteran like me. All the counseling staff, Nurses and support staff are an amazing group of people. They give you no judgment treatment. I can't leave a review without mentioning my Counselor Rebecca, She is without a doubt the most easiest person to talk to. She remembers everyone and everything about her patients. She is sweet and kind but do not mistake her kindness and sweetness as a push over because she is good at her job and she will find out if you are not doing what you are suppose to. She is easy to come to if you make a mistake and she as well as the other counseling staff don't judge you for it they help you pick your self back up and try again. I have been on the straight and narrow for almost two years now and while a big part of that is on me the biggest part to my success is my amazing counselor and a group of great people at Dail Memorial. I have had my share of bumps on the road to recovery but the staff at Dail Memorial help you level the road out again and pave a new path to success.

Amazing staff. Been a patient here for going on 6 years and they're never pushy and always doing everything they can to help patients. Aaron and Tasha and Ms. Sara especially are a crucial piece to this amazing staff. Would recommend over and over again to anyone struggling with addiction and emotional issues.

Julie is the best. This whole place is the best all the staff are so nice and make you feel so comfortable there and it helps alot because reaching out for help was a scary and embarrassing thing to me until I met the staff here. I would refer anyone who is serious about getting help to this clinic. I am a newer patient but so far my experience has been awesome and I'm starting to feel better and feel like my old self before the addiction . My counselor and the dr told me i will get my life back and I will start feeling normal again and at 1st I was thinking to myself that would be impossible but I have hung in there and gave it my all and sure enough I'm starting to feel normal. Your counselor will support you and be there for you in anyway possible I'm very thankful for this clinic and staff. Thank yall so much

I'm wanting to transfer. I presently have take homes. Do I get to keep my take home meds from the start. If I transfer from another clinic. Some clinic make you wait 30 days.
