I just moved to the valley from Connecticut and didn’t have any references for a new Eye Doctor , so I trusted my insurance company in network names. I was seen right away , showed up early and everyone in the office was very welcoming and friendly. All the eulquipmentbwas “State of the Art” and Dr Tom was fun, smart and professional. We talked injuries and related issues. I will be recommending Roaring fork vision to anyone who asks. Top notch

Thanks so much, you guys are awesome. I was so especially excited to know that Dr. Bauer said I could be a candidate for contact lenses, even after my lasik surgery, we forgot how many years ago. I’m pretty sure it was 2000. I have been wearing the trial contacts all day, and it’s been a little weird since the right one has the astigmatism correction. The bifocal thing is a miracle! Feels like I’ve had a booger in my eye all day in my right eye. I’ve used some Systane lubricating drops this afternoon and evening, and vision longer distance is in and out . It’s nice all day to not have to wear “readers”. We’ll give it a week and I’ll call you next Monday. It’s nice to know that I can have options on the contacts, and we’ll figure that out. I really feel happy about this😊

I can’t recommend Dr. Bauer enough! I had no idea my vision had changed, even though I already wore glasses. After my visit, I realized just how much I had been missing. Dr. Bauer’s expertise and attention to detail completely transformed my work and personal life.

Since I work behind a computer all day, he recommended two pairs of glasses: one designed specifically for computer use with magnification, blue light reduction, and anti-glare lenses. These have significantly reduced the strain on my eyes and completely eliminated my headaches. The second pair is perfect for driving and distance vision, these reduce glare and reflected light so driving is night is so much easier now.

The clarity improvement was incredible—images are about 30% sharper now, I hadn’t even realized how much my eyesight had (I already had glasses once again). Dr. Bauer also performed a thorough eye health exam, screening for early signs of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other conditions.

Please do not visit Dr. Bauer if you’re a woman. He might have professional knowledge but there are plenty of ophthalmologist and optometrist experts in the valley that don’t make women uncomfortable through suggestive comments during a one on one appointment.
