Had my first appointment today, I was having mixed emotions based on reviews and anxious about therapy. However Ms. Crystal is AMAZING. For my first therapist/therapy appointment she mad me feel comfortable. She is sweet, kind and listens. It was initial appointment but she asked so many questions and already challenged me. I think moving forward she will be able to help me, also she LET me decide how often I WANT to go to her without pressuring me. I will be definitely coming back to her weekly. Highly recommend this office and Crystal!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I will never return. From the very beginning, the process was completely unprofessional, deceptive, and a massive waste of my time.

They asked me to fill out extensive paperwork and provide all my private and sensitive information, leading me to believe I was being treated with honesty and transparency. However, after completing and signing everything, they finally decided to disclose the pricing — which was completely unreasonable and far beyond what I expected.

It’s absolutely unacceptable to withhold such critical information until after a customer has invested their time and signed paperwork. This manipulative practice left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. My time is valuable, and they wasted it without any regard for the inconvenience they caused.

Their lack of transparency and disregard for customers’ time and trust is appalling. I felt tricked and misled by their deceptive business practices. No one should have to deal with such dishonesty and poor service.

If you value fairness, honesty, and basic respect, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other businesses that will treat you with the integrity you deserve. I will never come back here, and I strongly advise others to steer clear.

We absolutely love this place. The staff is always so sweet. Dr Schwartz is an amazing doctor. She is very kind and has helped out our son so much. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Do not see this practice. They will falsify information on your record that is not true that could harm to you in the future. They do not communicate this to their patients because they are not trying to meet the needs of the patient. I heard mixed reviews about them and tried anyway. I completely regret it. I am reporting this practice to the Board for malpractice.
