My experience with Rivertown ABA has being incredibly great. I love how everyone is involved with each kid and their needs. Service is excellent. My BCBA Linda and RBT Devon are great. My son feels so warm and so happy when in therapy. He even started to reach out and make friends.

My sons RBT Miss Marci and BCBA Miss Mia are amazing , I’ve seen a generous amount of improvement in him since he’s been at Rivertown with them. They’ve learned him and his ways and they also work with him and understand on days that he may be a little thrown off . Overall they’re amazing all the way down to the rest of the employees ! Love them !

They do not care about your child. I’ve been there several times picking up my kid and seen so many unprofessional things taking place as to dragging a kid across the floor to singing ghetto songs that are inappropriate around the kids. They would let me child go all day without eating and the rbt or therapist would make up lies to try and cover her trail. They discharged my kid after only 2 weeks because I’m the type of parent who is concerned and ask a lot of questions and just not there to drop a kid off and go. They lie lie and lie. They do the bare minimum and is not in the best interest of these kids.
