Mark was wonderful! He guided our group of 8 riders to Maroon bells and provided an awesome lunch and drinks …bikes were brought to our house ! Really glad we had his experience…we probably would have got lost. What a beautiful ride with a great guide. He was so generous and let us keep the bikes all day so we could enjoy riding around the town also. Worth every penny ! Thanks Mark !

Ride Aspen is the absolute best, as is the owner, Long-time local Mark Welgos. We must have spent a year researching the best e-bikes on the market, and when we settled on Aventon, we discovered that Ride Aspen carried the brand right here in Aspen. Once we spoke to Mark, we realized we should have just asked him in the first place and saved ourselves some time. He gave us the best recommendations and helped us purchase our bikes (and he timed it, so we got some nice perks from the company). Mark assembled and delivered our bikes to our doorstep. We could not be happier and planning to get two more next summer. We highly recommend Ride Aspen, whether you are renting or buying bikes in Aspen. My wife and I rented two e-bikes today from Mark at Ride Aspen. Mark was super helpful in explaining all the features of the bike and how they work, even though my wife and I both own e-bikes, the info was very valuable. Mark provided us with directions and we were off on our way to Maroon Bells and then into downtown Aspen. The bikes had plenty of power and we made it up to the top of the mountain with plenty of battery to spare! They handled beautifully on the long uphills and coming down we were able to just glide down using hardly any power at all. Mark even let us park the bikes in Downtown Aspen, where he will pick them up, since we had other transportation back to our hotel. All in All a 5 star experience, I can’t recommend Ride Aspen highly enough!

Mark took a pity on us, broken down on Castle Creek Road with a difficult to repair bike we had rented in town. With no cell phone reception and no way to reach anybody, we were very fortunate. It was a difficult repair to get us back on the road, and he took care of us out of kindness and next time we are back this is where we will be renting our bikes.

Had a e bike shipped to them. The shipping was delayed, however he got the bike built before it was scheduled to be done.
