GPS may be incorrect as our address has changed in the past two years from 1245 Ridgeway Church Rd to 125 Commerce Exchange Dr.
Taking Exit 147 (Love's Truck Stop) will likely have less traffic & less confusion than Exit 149 (TA Truck Stop)
-- Receiving hours are as follows:
Produce Deliveries Su-Th 4a-8a
Floor Loaded Containers M-F 10a-12p
All Other Deliveries M-F 6a-11a
Check in between doors 7 & 8 (on the "back side" of the building)
WHILE WAITING TO CHECK IN DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVING LANES OR IN THE EMPLOYEE PARKING AREA (if we can't come to work, you can't get unloaded...) we have over 50 parking spaces for you to use.
Please have your phone number written on the top our you BOL so the receiving clerk can call you with any instructions.
Please check in close to your appointment time.
You will be assigned a door & unloaded as efficiently as we can get to your load.
If you get a "green light" you can pull away from the door & park in an available space, but wait to be called by the clerk to get your signed paperwork.

Overnight parking, friendly polite staff. Woke up at 0600 and checked in for my 0800 appointment. Got a door at check in, got unloaded and had paperwork in hand at 0745. It's a little tight backing into doors with trucks parked across from the dock. If you're overnight parking, stay in the lot on your left as you drive in then go around back in the morning. The office to check in and receiving doors are around the back.

Staff are super friendly. Wait time wasn't that bad. Getting in and out though!!! Trucks park directly in front of the dock doors. There comes a point where you literally can't get in a door unless someone moves. Be careful here guys.

Delivered produce load at this place. Check in open at 4:00am, shipping office between dock 7 and 8. Empty in 2 hrs after checked in. Check in Office employees very polite and friendly. Restroom available for drivers. Overnight parking available at this place. No complaints for this place. Keep it up guys for your good service to Truckers. 👍👍

GPS was awful!!!! I should’ve got off exit: 149 instead of exit: 147. Steve Reynolds blvd to the left is closed, for construction. I had to turn around, dwn the road, legally. I turned on tangler blvd. it’s the detour, for the construction. Follow the road with the outlet stores, on your right to the stop sign. Continue straight ahead to another stop sign. Turn right and the depot entrance on your right abt 0.2 miles. It’s a jungle! Trucks EVERYWHERE!!! EVERYTHING THE REVIEWS SAID, it’s correct! No space to maneuver properly! You literally have to ask the driver’s, in the staging area to move because you will not be able to get in your dock door! Check in by door #7. You might receive a door number. If not, they’ll call you. Which I received a call. an hour and eight mins later, for a door. Now, I’m currently still sitting, in the door patiently waiting for my phone call to get ppwk etc @12:17 noon and counting. It really shouldn’t be any overnight or parking around by the staging area due to the congestion of backing to the dock door! Maybe park around front. The employee parking is really in the way as well. I added a few pics to give a visual.

UPDATE; Exit 147 Maysville is a good exit to take, for the facility. Turn right, Love’s truck stop is on your right. Continue straight for 1 mile. Turn left at the railroad crossing. Continue straight until you reach a 4 way stop intersection. Turn left. Follow all the way dwn the road for 1 mile. Facility road will be on your right.

Not a bad place to del. They start around 6am. Plenty of space to park at night for am del. Unloads 1-2 hrs depending on freight.

Not a bad place but they need to paint some lines in front of the doors. Makes it 10 times easier to back in straight. Watched every truck struggle to hit the wall straight. Also there's very little room with trucks all parked in front of the doors.
